Tell me what you are up against.

A short description of the measurement, the scope, or the finding is enough to start. If it is not something I should take on — including where an existing assessment relationship would make it inappropriate — I will say so, and say why.

What to send

Nothing needs to be tidied up first. I would rather see it as it is.

  • The budget, procedure or report in question — in whatever state it is in
  • The calibration certificates behind it, if uncertainty is the question
  • Your scope of accreditation, or the scope you are applying for
  • The finding itself, if there is one, in the assessor’s own words

If what you send is confidential, say so and I will confirm terms before reading further.
